iMediRep is a service that offers convenient Doctor consultations through our Mobile App or through our Web portal without a physical visit to your Doctor. It also stores your medical records sent by the Doctor & our lab partners making it easier for you to get follow up consultations.

2 Easy steps to search a doctor at your convenience

  • Step 1: Type the doctor's name and search
  • OrStep 2: Select the specialization and search

Select the required session of the doctor, and enter the patient details and select the preferred payment method and proceed. You have 5 minutes to complete the transaction.

Once you proceed with the payment you will receive a confirmation to your mobile from iMediRep.

  • Per iMediRep session: Rs.300 inclusive of taxes
  • Doctor Fee may vary according to the Doctor and the Hospital

Any Credit/Debit card - Visa, Mastercard card is accepted.

Prescription is a feature which helps you maintain a personal medical records. It will help you maintain your lab reports, doctor prescriptions and doctor-patient text interactions within your phone.

No. To serve you better we have provided apps for both Android and iOS based smartphones. This app can be installed Free of Charge from Google Play for Android devices and Apple App Store for iOS devices.

We take the security of health information seriously!! Therefore, we have taken measures to store personal health information in secured servers that can only be accessed by you upon providing proper authorization credentials.

The health information includes details of doctor visits, prescriptions & etc. can be linked to your profile. All your information can be tracked through a single account.



MESSAGE TO THE DOCTOR

To send a message to a Doctor click on the ‘Message to Doctor’ icon on the home screen, select the specialization, Doctor’s name & send in the details of your health situation.

You can select the specialization based on your requirement & select a doctor out of the ‘Doctor Name’ drop down list. If you need further assistance, please contact our helpdesk on 0770 096 096

The Doctor would reply as soon as possible, depending on their respective schedules.

You can simply take a photo of your old records & attach them to your message. As you scroll down within the ‘Message to Doctor’ category, select the ‘Select Images’ option & attach the images & click ‘Proceed to send’.

Your details will only be viewed by the Doctor you select. Confidentiality is ensured by requesting you to login with your credentials each time you use the app.



PRESCRIPTIONS

Yes, the doctor will upload the prescription with his reply message & proceeding the audio or video call.

Yes, you can download the prescription to purchase necessary medication or get your test reports done.



LAB REPORTS

Yes, if your Doctor requests the report through the app, the reports will be sent directly to the Doctor through the iMediRep app.

It will be possible for you to view them through your login as well.

You can also request the lab to upload your reports directly to the app. This way, you will not need to visit the lab to collect your reports.

You will receive a notification when the reports have been submitted.

You may access your old reports through the ‘Medical History’ option on the app.



SCHEDULED MEETINGS

Yes, the Doctor will suggest the date & time for the audio or video meeting, according to his schedule.

You may inform this situation to the Doctor through a text message & obtain an alternative date & time.

If you miss the meeting, you may have to request another appointment. However, in respect to the Doctors’ busy schedules, we kindly suggest you inform in advance if the given appointment cannot be met.

Doctor fee - This fee will vary depending on the Doctor. iMediRep fee - Rs. 300/- per appointment.

Patients would initiate by sending a message with the details of their health condition, symptoms & old records.

As the Doctor, you have the option of replying to them through a text message with a prescription for medication or requesting for an audio or video call consultation for more information.

PAYMENTS

MEDICAL RECORDS

Doctors have the ability to set privacy levels on the records which you make on patients' conditions. This means that if required, only the relevant doctor will have access to his/her notes.

However, the patient's lab reports will be accessible to the Doctor as well as the patient.

Doctors have the ability to store patient interaction records, Doctor’s notes, prescriptions as well as patient’s test reports within the iMediRep app.

Doctors have the ability to set privacy levels on the records which you make on patients' conditions.



MESSAGE TO PATIENTS

If the patient has already sent a message to the Doctor, you can simply reply to the same conversation

If this is a new patient, the Doctor can create a record of the patient & send a prescription.

Yes, the Doctor will be notified when a new message is received.

Doctor can reply as soon as their schedule allows them.
